- WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME?

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During Holiday season, shipping and handling time may increase. Thank you for your patience!

- WHAT IS PREORDER?

Preorders are meant to help fund products. This means that when you preorder an item, the product is not produced yet. Preorders can take anywhere from 1-3 months. When you purchase a preorder product, you acknowledge that you are willing to wait for production.  

- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND?

All orders from Pink Little Clouds are final. No cancelation or refunds may be given.

- CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you input an incorrect address, please email [email protected] or DM @PinkLittleClouds on Instagram to inform me ASAP! If your package is returned back to me due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for shipping again in order for me to reship your items. 

-  LOST MAIL POLICY?

Pink Little Clouds is not responsible for lost mail once your package is in the hands of USPS. If this does happen to you, please contact [email protected] and I will do my best to see if USPS can find the missing package.

- UK/EU CUSTOMERS
