- WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME?
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During the Holiday season, shipping and handling time may increase. Thank you for your patience!
- WHAT IS PREORDER?
If a product is marked as "preorder", that means the product has not been produced yet. Preorders can take anywhere from 1-3 months. When you purchase a preorder product, you acknowledge that you are willing to wait for production. If your order consists of preorder items, the entire order will be processed when the preorder item is ready. If you want in-stock items ASAP, please make a separate order for the in-stock items.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND?
All orders from Pink Little Clouds are final. No cancellations or refunds may be given.
- CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you input an incorrect address, please email [email protected] or DM @PinkLittleClouds on Instagram to inform me ASAP! If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for shipping again in order for me to reship your items.
- LOST MAIL POLICY?
Pink Little Clouds is not responsible for lost mail once your package is in the hands of USPS. If this happens to you, please contact [email protected], and I will do my best to see if USPS can locate the missing package.
